Job Summary
Counterintelligence Officer for the Beacon program in Northern Virginia. Requires current TS/SCI with Polygraph. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and investigating complex CI issues using a broad range of methods and tools, and delivering thorough briefings to customer management. Positions span multiple levels (1–20+ years) with compensation determined after in-person meeting. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia. Basic qualifications emphasize intelligence-product writing, CI reviews, risk-management application, intelligence research/targeting, prioritization, multitasking, and strong analytic writing in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- current TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
- experience writing intelligence products and reports
- experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
- ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations
- experience related to intelligence research and targeting work
- demonstrated ability to research and analyze
- demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
- strong analytic writing and editing skills
- demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
- experience supporting senior decision makers
