Job Summary
Conduct Counter Threat Finance (CTF) analysis to map illicit transaction networks and identify key financial facilitators supporting U.S. law enforcement and interagency partners across the PACOM AOR. Fuse Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and all-source data to deliver actionable insights on adversary activities and capabilities for operational planning and network interdiction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, intelligence analysts, and financial intelligence units to collect leads, corroborate information, and execute knowledge management using SharePoint and commercial databases. Assess intelligence support efforts to ensure continuous improvements in the targeting process and proofread products for senior leader briefings. Requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and five years of experience in CTF methodologies and tradecrafts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), all-source intelligence, and Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) methodologies and tradecrafts supporting operational planning, targeting, and network interdiction delivering actionable insights on adversary activities, capabilities, and illicit financial flows
- Ability to synthesize disparate operational, transactional, and financial data from multiple sources into coherent, actionable intelligence reports and documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations
- Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases
- Valid US Passport
- Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions
- Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence or operations
- Prior experience in Counter-Threat Finance (CTF), financial intelligence (FININT), or anti-money laundering (AML) analysis supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions
