Job Summary
Counter Threat Finance Analyst SME to support the DoD and the Defense Intelligence Agency in designing and overseeing the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP) for DoD and other agencies. Responsibilities include providing TF I analysis to inform strategic, operational, and tactical DoD and law enforcement activities, developing theater-wide TF I products, producing targeting and interdiction recommendations, coordinating CTF activities across CCMD AORs/AOIs, drafting guidance and briefings, and supporting DoD policy and program documents. Must have a valid Top Secret/SCI clearance. Qualifications emphasize specialized financial-analytic experience in CTF, proficiency with analytical tools (DataXplorer, Voltron, TAC, RMT, NGT, Horizon, Palantir, Analyst Notebook), and strong MS Office skills.
