Job Summary
Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers. Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers. Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, asking the right questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced, and inform customers on parts availability. This role supports a culture of learning and growth, with opportunities to develop within the NAPA team and explore other careers at the company.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills
- Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts preferred
- ASE Certifications considered a plus
