Job Summary
Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers while answering questions and informing clients on availability. Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced, then assist other team members with parts knowledge and customer service interactions. Work in a fast-paced environment within a shop setting, potentially around an airport, to support internal and external customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills and empathy for customer
- Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
Desired Qualifications
- Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
- Experience in airport ground support equipment
- Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems
- ASE Certifications
