Job Summary
Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers, ensuring correct parts are researched and sourced while informing clients on availability. Assist other team members by applying parts knowledge to answer customer questions and interact with management and technicians. Deliver outstanding customer service with high energy in a fast-paced environment, asking appropriate questions to resolve service needs. Valid Driver's License and previous automotive industry experience are required; ASE certifications are a plus. Competitive pay includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills and empathy for customer
- Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
Desired Qualifications
- Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
- Experience in airport ground support equipment
- Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems
- ASE Certifications
