Job Summary
Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers, using your parts knowledge to assist team members and answer customer questions. Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced, then inform customers on parts availability while delivering outstanding customer service. Interact with management and technicians to support the team in this fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry are required, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or at least a willingness to learn all things auto parts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great listening skills and empathy for customer
- Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment
Desired Qualifications
- Background and/or passion for automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
- Experience in airport ground support equipment
- Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, AND/OR inventory management systems
- ASE Certifications
