Counter Service Driver

Job Summary
Counter Sales at multiple Florida locations with backup driving duties. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations; enter and manage orders, create quotes using measurements for material estimates, and coordinate truck deliveries. Support inventory through cycle counts, picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving. Requires ability to lift heavy loads, work overtime during peak seasons, and pass background and drug screening; bilingual ability preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly, and 50 lbs repetitively
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred (not mandatory)
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
