Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry and exit, describe dishes, and make recommendations. Enter orders into the Point-of-Sale system, process payments, and serve food or beverages at the counter. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while running food to tables and clearing them. Provide quick, friendly, and accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Work independently with strong multi-tasking skills, counting money and handling stressful situations effectively. Maintain a cheerful attitude, make emotional connections with guests, and stand for extended periods. Full-time employees receive PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
