Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry and exit, accurately describe dishes, and make appropriate recommendations. Enter orders into the Point-of-Sale system, process payments, and serve food or beverages at the counter. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while running food to tables, clearing tables, and keeping all dining room areas tidy. Deliver quick, friendly, and accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Average rate is $17 per hour, including tips. Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
- Experience working with a Point of Sale system
- Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Competency in counting money and processing payments
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
