Job Summary
Greet every customer warmly, guide them through the dining experience, and educate them on our fresh pasta and Italian-inspired menu. Master the art of making fresh pasta from scratch while maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and pasta lab. Collaborate with back-of-house staff to address customer concerns, communicate effectively with delivery drivers for accurate order fulfillment, and maintain accurate menu inventory across all platforms. Uphold company core values and ensure compliance with safety measures. This role requires continuous standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with scheduling flexibility. Spanish language ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required)
- Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit
- Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
- Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area
- Ability to work under stress
- Scheduling flexibility
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)

- Previous customer service experience in restaurants
