Job Summary
Greet guests, take food orders, and resolve issues using the POS system to process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Handle receipts, reconcile the cash drawer, and maintain a clean, stocked station by preparing for opening, stocking supplies, and disinfecting the work area. Occasionally expedite guest orders and answer customer questions, escalating issues to a manager as needed. Weekend and holiday shifts are required with flexibility preferred.
