Job Summary
Greet guests, process orders through the POS system, and notify kitchen staff of special requests while resolving minor guest issues. Take orders accurately, check identification for alcohol consumption, and collect payment before assembling and delivering orders with eye contact. Maintain the dining area by preparing tables, rolling silverware, and keeping stock levels clean throughout the shift. Educate guests on menu items, specials, and product rollouts while communicating feedback to management. Adhere to the required work schedule, complete assigned training, and uphold ethical business practices to support the MHRG brand.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- Must comply with dress standards
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Able to understand English and to follow simple verbal direction
- Must possess neat and clean hygiene
- Must have problem solving abilities
- Must be self-motivated
