Counter Sales

Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers by processing orders, quoting prices, and entering data into the system. Pull orders as required and communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies while providing technical advice and troubleshooting to resolve customer problems. Upsell by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of current promotions. Requires experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle, and knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
