Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate

Provide excellent customer service at the sales and parts counters, actively assist contractors and walk-in customers, and support both counter sales and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include locating, pulling, staging, and obtaining HVAC, plumbing, and heating products for customer orders and warehouse fulfillment; handling defective parts, returns, and warranty information; processing credits and returns in the order-entry and inventory system; answering product queries related to specifications, pricing, availability, lead times, and part numbers; maintaining current catalogs and vendor literature; safely moving products of varying weights; operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) per safety standards; enabling accurate order input and fulfillment; and supporting shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties as directed by management.
