Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to customers at the counter and over the phone through accurate order entry. Increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, and offering promotional or new products. Collaborate with team members to coordinate deliveries, pull customer orders, replenish inventory, and handle warehouse transfers. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies to maintain a safe, friendly, and team-oriented culture. Requires computer literacy, proficiency in Epicor Solar Eclipse order entry, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds. One year of industry experience is preferred.
