Job Summary
Counter Sales associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, recommending HVAC or plumbing products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate computer records. Also assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe. Stay informed on product features, pricing, and availability, collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and service targets, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus willingness to learn and adapt to changes in product offerings, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
