Job Summary
Serve customers at the counter by identifying needs and processing quotes/orders for hose and fitting products at the Provo, UT location; responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone/email inquiries, creating POs for items not stocked, preparing/packing/shipping orders, collaborating with Field Sales Representatives to generate business, and maintaining inventory accuracy; requires strong product knowledge, customer service, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, physical warehouse tasks, attention to detail, and basic computer/math skills; education may include GED/HS diploma or higher, and 1-2 years of industry experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- General education degree (GED), HS diploma, associate's or bachelor's degree
- Must be 18 years or older to operate crimper, forklift, shop machinery, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs at a time
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
- Written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on product knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- 1-2 years of industry-specific experience preferred
