Job Summary
Support contractor customers at the counter via phone or email to satisfy product and material needs. Handle customer service requests including order picking, entry, pricing, and maintenance. Assist the sales team with orders and requests while managing product-related issues such as defects and returns. Maintain stock levels in the counter area and perform other duties assigned by management. Requires 2-4 years of electrical industry experience, warehouse background, and forklift training. Full-time role in Ontario with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Minimum one year of Warehouse experience
- Must be willing to be forklift trained
