Counter Sales Representative

Conduct counter sales to walk-in and phone customers, processing bids, orders, and faxes while maintaining customer courtesy items and counter displays. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory replenishment, cycle counts, pick-and-pack, and loading delivery trucks. Manage open orders and bids by reviewing daily reports, expediting deliveries, and coordinating with the warehouse and RGA teams to resolve feedback and warranty returns. Maintain safety records and 5S worksheets while supporting administrative duties and backup coverage as assigned.
