Job Summary
Answer telephones, assist retail customers and contractors with design calculations, and process credit card transactions while reconciling payments. Retrieve product samples, load orders for invoice processing, and perform random tractor-trailer checks to ensure load accuracy before delivery. Operate an industrial forklift to assist yard personnel in loading trucks safely and accurately according to shipping documents. Support cycle counting throughout the year and assist with yearly full yard counts. This role requires standing, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
