Manage bid and sales orders, resolve customer problems, and process credits by communicating lead times and coordinating with vendors for special pricing. Grow sales and gross margin by utilizing vendor websites for product searches and making outbound calls to accounts as requested. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, organize the counter area, and manage daily reports, queues, and inbound/outbound communications.
