Job Summary
Sell merchandise to walk-in customers and manage will-call (pickup) orders while serving as a key face-to-face contact for clients. Learn Graybar's products through self-study, training classes, and on-the-job learning to assist customers with their needs. Place, arrange, and maintain merchandise in the counter area, and be active in the warehouse to safely operate equipment and use proper PPE. Provide exemplary customer service by communicating effectively to understand client requirements. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with a starting pay rate of $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate well with customers to understand their needs
- Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience preferred
