Job Summary
Greet customers and provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service while assisting with product selection, pricing, and order placement. Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately, maintaining product knowledge to offer solutions and resolve inquiries professionally. Coordinate with warehouse staff for timely fulfillment, manage inventory inquiries and merchandising, and keep the sales counter organized. Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. This full-time role in Farmers Branch, TX, offers $21.00–$25.00 per hour with Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of counter sales, inside sales, or customer service experience
- Reliable transportation
