Job Summary
Counter Sales Representative role within Brady's Trane independent office serving central and eastern North Carolina. Responsible for supporting marketing and sales initiatives, developing value-selling content with product-expert support, creating and executing promotional campaigns and materials, planning and staffing events, managing social media and digital content, contributing to lead tracking and ROI analysis, and ensuring brand standards across materials. Must be a self-starter with high energy, able to multi-task, travel as needed, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing (or related discipline) with at least 2 years of marketing experience; proficient in Microsoft Office and with graphic design/writing capabilities preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must align with Brady core values (people-centered, team-oriented, customer-focused, etc.). Working in Raleigh, NC, with in-office requirements and field responsibilities as part of a typical office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing or related discipline
- minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing (internships included)
- graphic design a plus
- writing and / or project samples are required for consideration
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Adobe Creative Suite a plus (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
