Counter Sales Representative

Assist customers in store and by phone to purchase and order gases and industrial supplies, handling cylinder returns, exchanges, and cash or charge account transactions. Monitor inventory levels, receive freight, create bar code labels, and schedule deliveries. Support outside sales teams and help the manager with opening and closing store duties, including securing cylinders and setting alarms. Perform branch collection activities and customer retention calls while following all safety policies. Work some after-hour deliveries.
