Job Summary
Counter Sales Representative in Kahului, Maui, HI for Airgas, an Air Liquide company, focusing on helping customers with industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and related supplies. You will serve as a trusted guide, advise customers on tools and materials, demonstrate equipment use, handle order entry, pricing, and deposits reconciliation, coordinate deliveries and showroom displays, and maintain a positive, collaborative environment. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and at least 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments. Compensation ranges from $19-$24 per hour with bonus opportunities; full-time schedule Monday–Friday with no weekend work. Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments

- Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus
- Attention to detail in handling transactions
- Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
