Job Summary
Maintain professional customer service by communicating via phone and in person with wholesale customers to assist with orders and purchases. Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing while adhering to administrative and credit procedures. Safely pull orders, load and unload product, check-in deliveries, and stock shelves as needed. Communicate with the branch manager regarding product shortages or outages and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe warehouse environment. Work with department staff to meet deadlines and serve as a backup driver when qualified. This role is located in Bellevue.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in counter sales in the wholesale distribution industry
- Computer skills and/or knowledge of computer order entry system
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Prior knowledge of plumbing products & supplies and the local plumbing supply market
