Counter Sales

Greet and assist customers in-person or via telephone, providing technical advice on Heavy Duty parts and troubleshooting their needs. Process customer stock orders, operate cash registers and cataloging systems, and handle daily paperwork and forms. Communicate features, benefits, warranty policies, and current sales promotions effectively while maintaining professional conduct. Assist outside salespersons as needed and perform other tasks assigned by management. Requires a valid driver's license, weekend availability, and prior Heavy Duty parts knowledge preferred.
