Counter Sales Manager

Manage daily operations of the sales counter, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized showroom environment. Supervise, train, and schedule counter sales associates while preparing accurate quotes and processing sales orders, returns, and special orders. Coordinate with warehouse personnel for timely fulfillment and resolve customer concerns professionally. Work closely with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and monitor performance to increase revenue and improve retention. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors, electricians, and walk-in customers at the Crafton, PA branch.
