Job Summary
Answer customer questions, solve problems, and build relationships while pitching in wherever needed to run the store. Handle basic paperwork, help price out jobs, and assemble equipment to keep shelves stocked and displays sharp. Fix issues that come up and show customers how products work, always prioritizing safety. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off. High school diploma required; welding experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Monday–Friday schedule, about 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- You'll be on your feet a good part of the day—some sitting, some standing, lots of moving around
- Lifting is part of the deal—anywhere from 25 up to 75 lbs now and then
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with welding or industrial gases is a big plus
- Any kind of sales or customer-facing work
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, or shop products
- Comfortable using a handheld device (we use Zebra scanners—easy to learn)
