Job Summary
Counter Sales role at Johnstone Supply focused on greeting customers in person and by phone, assisting multiple customers in a fast-paced environment, answering questions and troubleshooting, entering orders, processing payments, returns, and warranties, preparing and following up on quotes, recommending additional products and promotions to meet customer needs, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom. Must have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable with computers and POS systems, and be proficient in reading/writing/speaking English (Spanish a plus). HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years).
