Job Summary
Counter Sales role at Johnstone Supply. Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude; assist multiple customers in a fast-paced environment; answer questions and troubleshoot issues; enter orders, process payments, returns, and warranties; prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales; recommend additional products and promotions to meet customer needs; build strong customer relationships and keep the showroom clean and organized. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years); strong customer service and communication skills; comfort with computers and POS systems; English fluency (Spanish a plus).
