Counter Sales-HVAC & Appliance

Welcome and assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and through email while helping them with product questions, pricing, orders, returns, and general support. Enter and process sales orders, quotes, returns, and delivery requests accurately, checking product availability, pricing, and order status using computer systems. Partner with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, and help pull and package customer orders when needed. Maintain an organized, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment while participating in inventory counts, training events, and team initiatives.
