Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in-person or via telephone, providing technical advice on Heavy Duty parts and troubleshooting their needs. Process sales transactions using cash registers and cataloging systems while communicating current promotions and warranty policies. Demonstrate product knowledge to solve customer problems and assist outside salespersons with stock orders. Maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude throughout all interactions. This role requires a valid driver's license, weekend availability, and at least 18 years of age. Preferred qualifications include prior Heavy Duty parts background and exceptional communication skills.
