Job Summary
Counter Sales Associate responsible for supporting store operations and delivering excellent customer service in a paint store. Duties include assisting customers with product selection and uses, tinting/mixing paint to specifications, identifying and matching colors, processing cash/credit transactions, maintaining cash drawer, assisting with inventory and stocking, loading/unloading products and occasional deliveries, and collaborating with coworkers to maintain a smooth workflow. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and high school diploma or GED. Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) is a plus. Flexible scheduling; store hours include weekdays and Saturdays with Sundays closed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of paint and paint products
- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position a plus but not required
