Counter Sales/Driver

Job Summary
Greet and direct customers, providing in-person and phone support on product features, pricing, and after-sales services. Enter orders in the ERP system, pull and prepare inventory for customer pick-up or delivery, and make local deliveries. Develop product knowledge through company and vendor training while assisting with merchandising, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. Coordinate with the small, cross-trained team to ensure flexibility during busy seasons and uphold brand expectations for service and atmosphere. Full-time Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with medical, dental, vision, 401k match, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- A current or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. from the floor
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to use the computer for email, invoicing, and inventory management
- High School degree or equivalent
- Prior sales, warehousing, and/or delivery experience
- Pass a required Drug Screen and Background check
- Customer service and communication skills
- Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
