Counter Sales/Driver

Job Summary
Counter Sales/Driver supports branch operations with customer service in person and by phone, processes orders in the ERP system, pulls and prepares inventory for customer pick-up or delivery, and makes local deliveries. The role emphasizes cross-training within a 3–4 person team to ensure flexibility and shared responsibility, ongoing product knowledge through training programs, merchandising and inventory management, and maintaining a safe, high-energy store environment. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively is key.
Required Qualifications
- A current or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. from the floor
- Forklift certification provided by Keeling Company
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to use the computer for email, invoicing, and inventory management
- High School degree or equivalent
- Prior sales, warehousing, and/or delivery experience
- Pass a required Drug Screen and Background check
- Customer service and communication skills
- Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
