Branch Associate in Phoenix, supporting customers, sales teams, and branch operations: greet customers by phone/email, learn customer needs, recommend solutions, identify opportunities to upsell, assist sales reps and managers, pull orders, keep showroom organized and ready to impress, and handle a variety of duties from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions. Requires 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support; strong communication, tech-savviness, initiative, and relationship-building; bilingual skills a plus; daytime, Monday–Friday schedule.
