Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone and email, and deliver exceptional service while building strong relationships through product recommendations and upselling opportunities. Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, pulling orders, and troubleshooting product questions. Maintain showroom organization and merchandising standards to ensure a professional environment. This role requires 1+ years in sales or customer service, a high school diploma, and bilingual skills are a plus. Located in Mesa, AZ, with a steady Monday–Friday daytime schedule and competitive hourly compensation including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support
- High School Diploma
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
