Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, assist with product selection and technical questions, and process sales transactions including invoicing, payments, and returns. Ensure timely order fulfillment for walk-in and phone customers while maintaining strong product knowledge to communicate features and benefits. Support store operations by stocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, receiving freight, and maintaining an orderly environment. Handle customer concerns professionally and build relationships to drive repeat business. Requires a high school diploma, basic math skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
