Job Summary
Assist walk-in, will call, and telephone customers with product selection and purchasing while supporting the outside sales team in meeting customer expectations. Maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service, manage inventory to increase profits, and proactively communicate inventory needs. Develop and maintain industry knowledge to enhance credibility and sales performance. Operate forklifts and work in a construction and warehouse environment requiring physical mobility, lifting up to 50 lbs., and wearing protective gear. Requires high school diploma, one year of customer service or sales experience, and successful completion of a drug screen and physical.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess basic computer and math skills.
- Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead.
- Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required.
- A consistent presence at work is required.
- Must be a minimum age of 18 years old
- Must successfully complete Coburn's Forklift Operator Certification
