Job Summary
Greet and advise customers on product selection and uses, while assisting with phone and in-store orders for architectural, commercial, and industrial paints. Prepare orders by mixing and tinting paint to specifications, accurately identifying and matching colors, and processing cash and credit card transactions. Load and unload materials and delivery vehicles, occasionally delivering products safely using a company vehicle. Support store operations through inventory processing, stocking, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Flexible scheduling Monday through Saturday; closed Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be a team player
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of paint and paint products frequently
- Basic computer skills
- Math skills
- Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors
- High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass an MVR check
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service positions
