Counter Sales Associate

Conduct walk-in, phone, and will call customer service; process orders, quote prices, and enter data into the system. Pull orders as required and communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies. Demonstrate knowledge of construction and industrial products by providing technical advice, troubleshooting, and resolving customer problems. Upsell by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of promotions. Requires experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle, and Spanish language proficiency.
