Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers by processing orders, quoting prices, and entering data into the system. Pull orders as required while communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy information. Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve customer problems by demonstrating knowledge of construction and industrial products. Identify related products, add-on extensions, and product promotions to perform upselling.
