Counter Sales Associate

Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers by processing orders, quoting prices, entering orders into the system, and providing order information. Pull orders as required and communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information. Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications by providing technical advice, troubleshooting, and helping resolve customer problems. Upsell by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions. Requires experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle, and knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
