Counter Sales Associate

Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers while processing orders, quoting prices, and entering data into the system. Pull orders as required and communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies. Provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve customer problems by demonstrating knowledge of construction and industrial products. Identify related products, add-on extensions, and product promotions to upsell effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. This role supports White Cap's mission to supply professional contractors with concrete accessories, chemicals, tools, equipment, building materials, fasteners, erosion products, and safety solutions across non-residential, infrastructure, and residential markets.
