Job Summary
Counter Sales Associate at White Cap – provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers; process and quote prices, enter orders into the system, pull orders, and provide product information including features, benefits, and warranty details. Demonstrates product knowledge, troubleshoots customer issues, and upsells related products and promotions. Requires familiarity with sales order software (Oracle preferred) and knowledge of construction/industrial products; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service
- Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products
- Spanish language proficiency
