Job Summary
Provide counter and phone/email support to contractor customers, process orders, assist and support the sales team with customer orders and requests, handle product-related problems and returns, maintain stock levels in the counter area, and perform other duties as assigned by management in an Ontario-based electrical distributor setting. Emphasizes customer service, accuracy, communication, and forklift readiness as part of daily responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Minimum one year of Warehouse experience
- Must be willing to be forklift trained
