Job Summary
Directly service customers via phone and email daily, processing orders, inquiries, and quotations while confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives. Make follow-up calls on all quotations and assist customers with ecommerce inquiries to consistently achieve a high level of customer service. Requires a minimum of two years in inside sales or customer service, effective communication skills, and computer literacy. AS400 experience and electrical apprenticeship knowledge are assets. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Be computer literate
Desired Qualifications
- AS400 experience would be an asset
- Electrical apprenticeship experience is considered an advantage
- Product knowledge of the electrical business would be an asset
